Within the framework of these discussion days we hope to provide a special focus on dialogue and collective organization, at a time when several new experiences of professional organization are occurring (artist collectives, associations, platforms, ephemeral projects....) in response to the sector’s needs using contemporary instruments of communication and intervention.

consonni will take part in the encounter Visual politics, Political writings coordinated by Alberto Santamaría. María Mur Dean (consonni) will explain the running of consonni’s production and publishing work. The main aim of these sessions, which will be held on 24 and 25 April in Santander, is to stress the need to give thought to cultural action as a part of current political and social processes.

Este año, la semana cultural Santander-Bilbao 'Tan cerca' , se centrará en el desarrollo de encuentros entre profesionales y laboratorios creativos con la participación de artistas de ambas ciudades. Uno de esos encuentros será el de 'Políticas visuales, Escrituras Políticas' , que coordinará Alberto Santamaría , poeta y profesor de Análisis del discurso artístico y literario y Arte Contemporáneo en la Universidad de Salamanca.

On Thrusday 12th of March the book ' La línea de producción de la crítica ' of Peio Aguirre will be presented in Donostia. It will be in the new space of Kaxilda , Arroka street, 2. And there will be the author uncovering the book process...

The first publication of the book ' Ojos y capital ' of Remedios Zafra will be in the new space of Traficantes de Sueños in Madrid. In the presentation there will be the author, together with Constantino Bértolo and María Mur Dean (consonni). This essay is the forth of Paper collection; previous ones are, Martí Manen, Jaime Cuenca and Peio Aguirre.

The essay ' La línea de producción de la crítica ' of Peio Aguirre will be presented in Barcelona in La Caníbal (Carrer Nàpols, 314). There will be the author in conversation with the writer, art critic and curator Iván de la Nuez .

In February it will be presented the first publication of Peio Aguirre La línea de producción de la crítica . In Bilbao will be on Thrusday 19 at 7.30pm in consonni a conversation between the author and the critics Miren Jaio and Jaime Cuenca, and María Mur Dean, as moderator.
